I installed version 2.00.02 on DNN 07.00.02 (1) and the editor area does not show up.
Ik can see some source code for a second and after that the editor area is white.

If was also the case with the previous install of the editor.

At the moment i am unable to reproduce it. What you could try is deleting the xml files in the portal directory
under ..\Portals\_default\
* CKEditorDefaultSettings.xml
* CKToolbarButtons.xml
* CKToolbarSets.xml
and ..\Portals\[PORTALID]\
* CKEditorSettings.xml
* CKToolbarButtons.xml
* CKToolbarSets.xml
