New Post: add mathjax extention

Thanks supermansrf,
the Mathjax is available under /Providers/HtmlEditorProviders/CKEditor/plugins directory but on /Host/HTML-Editor-Manager/portalid/0--->custom toolbar tab there is no exist the mathjax in available toolbar buttons to add into ckeditor
