Commented Unassigned: Overwriting Files [7837]

Can you make it overwrite files instead of appending _1 to the end of the file name. It's not like it prevents data loss or anything because if you upload the file a 3rd time, it appends _1 again and overwrites the second file you uploaded.

If you think people will have a problem with this change, you could always add an overwrite setting and default it to false.

Thank you for making the change, but it doesn't appear to be working. I upgraded to 2.0.13, restarted the site, cleared my browser cache and tried different browsers. I can see the checkbox, but checking the box doesn't stop it from appending _1.
