Commented Unassigned: Remove link: "Refresh editor" [7879]

I just switched to CKEditor for DNN. Awesome work!!

Is there any way to remove the "Refresh editor" link below the editor?

I don't think it's useful for ordinary (forum) users and I recieved some support issues regarding users "accidentally" clicking it, causing the content of the editor to be lost.

I could hide it for non admin users or remove it completely, i guess that link was never really usefully.
