New Post: No Image Upload Tak

Upload tab is not appearing for users other than host/admin.
In CKEditor Provider Settings for File Browser Settings I have the appropriate Roles ticked, Toolbar is set to Full in Main Settings and users have permissions to the default upload folders.
DNN version is V7.3.3 and CKEditor Config Manager version is V2.0.14
Any help would be appreciated.
