Fresh install with RC2 from 11/16 on DNN 7.3.4 and the Multiple File Upload doesn't seem to work either picking files or drag and drop.
Everything appears to work. The files are added to the list and when I click "Start Uploads" I get the cool progress bars for each file.
It clears the list as each file uploads and when it is finished, the only way I see to gracefully close the dialog is to click the "Cancel Upload".
When I click "Cancel Upload" the dialog closes and I'm back at the File Browser where I can not find the files anywhere.
I got the same results using Firefox, Chrome, IE9, and IE11.

Installed RC3 and that fixed the original error on all browsers I tested previously. (Thanks!)
There is one additional (small) bug in Firefox (33.1.1) that is preventing the dialog box from closing after the Upload finishes. In the Console I see the following error:
TypeError: access to strict mode caller function is censored
