Commented Unassigned: Switching Languages and editing links breaks pages [7985]

Hi,

when you switch your portal language to english, a file not found error appears on trying to edit a link with message:

404 File not found: <PortalDomain>/Providers/HtmlEditorProviders/CKEditor/plugins/dnnpages/lang/en-gb.js

In the old version a /Providers/HtmlEditorProviders/CKEditor/plugins/dnnpages/lang/__en.js__ is loaded and it works.

Removing all languages in plugin.js and just leaving de, en in it works for me
