Commented Unassigned: Page Absolute Urls not Absolute [8045]

DNN 7.4.1 and CKEditor 2.1.3

Whenever I select Absolute Urls for Page's I always get a relative Url saved. Even if I select the Absolute secured URL

The conversion of the url to relative seems to happen during the save process.

I need absolute urls as the content is used in emails

You can see this happening if , when adding a link, you click on Browse Server, then select 'Page Link' and then select a page.
You can see that the Relative Url and Absolute Url are the same. See the uploaded screenshot.
Even though the Absolute Secured Url shows the full url when you save the Html the url is changed to a relative url
