Commented Unassigned: Problem Installing 2.1.4 on DNN 8.0.3 [8072]

During the install I get the following error:

Follow Up: Watching the \Install\Temp Folder during the install, I can see that the Resources.zip file is written to a temporary folder and the files in the Resources.zip file get written to the Providers\HtmlEditorProviders folder.

This tells me that it's not a permissions problem.

At the conclusion of the failed install the Resources.zip file and temporary folder are removed, but the Resource files remain in the Providers\HtmlEditorProviders folder.

On the Main Extensions page, the HTML Editor Manager Module is listed as installed, but under the Providers section it is not listed.

My only choice is to restore from backup.
