New Post: Editor adding hundreds of or tags when editing

I have had this problem reported to me by a few clients that all use the latest release of the ckEditor DNN provider. Seems to be no rhyme or reason, when editing via the design mode, the editor is adding in a ridiculous amount of <span> or <em> tags, which over time as the user goes in and out of editing that specific module, gets to be too much and the browser always ends of freezing. I have had to go into the database to manually change the HTML content and strip out all of the excess tags just to get it to load again.

Anyone else seeing this issue and know the cause? I've seen some talk a couple years ago on the ckEditor forums about Chrome specifically adding in a bunch of erroneous tags when editing.
