New Post: Can't Uninstall CKEditor as Host

Greetings everyone, a newbie here.

I'm having some difficulty uninstalling CKEditor because there is no red X button. I've done some reading around the web, and my guess is that it's currently being used, but I have no idea how to go about stopping it from being used. 

I did double check that I went to Host > Extensions and not Admin > Extensions. 

I'm using DNN Community Edition 06.00.00 (2982).
