New Post: Maximize Button is now disabled in DNN Modal Dialog?

Looking at the change log for the latest version, am I understanding this correctly?
Why?

I've been using it just fine in a popup and don't want to lose this ability.
Even if it is disabled by default, we should still be able to set this ourselves how we want.
