New Post: Created New Plugin Issues for Custom Toolbars

Not sure what I need to do for the plugin to show so that I can add to my toolbar. I tried clearing cache etc but does not seem to show as an option to assign to my Toolbar. I made sure that in Editor Config I added the plugin name to ExtraPlugins. I just did the Timestamp example to get my feet wet so I understand how it all works. Thanks for any ideas you might have.

Also where does the Editor Config get saved now in the File system? I have not used the Provider since you added this option so trying to understand where that data is stored since before it was just a js config file?
