When specifying role based toolbars for a module instance, the toolbars are not correctly loaded. After debugging using the source distribution, I found the offending lines to be in CKEditorControl.cs LoadModulSettings() lines 328 and 330, where the roleToolbs collection is cleared, although it should clear the roles collection as it also does in LoadPageSettings(). After correcting this, the toolbar-selection works fine with module instance settings.
