Reopened Issue: Install errors using extension wizard [2832]

While installing using the wizard on my test website on DNN 5.1
 
Steps
 
1) Install in DNN 5.0 using the extension wizard and select the "CKHtmlEditorProvider_01.01.00_Install_DNN5.zip" and select Next.
 
2) Look at the error:
Error reading the zip package - see below

..
Failure File specified in the dnn could not be found in the zip file: - C:\inetpub\vhosts\webfabrikant.nl\httpdocs\DotNetNuke\Install\Temp\w1k2xxmq\CKEditor\CHANGES.html
 
3) Press Next and the result is that the provider is not installed
 
A critical error has occurred.
Could not find a part of the path 'C:\inetpub\vhosts\webfabrikant.nl\httpdocs\DotNetNuke\Install\Temp\slowia3h\WatchersNET.CKHtmlEditorProvider.dnn'.
