Commented Unassigned: Editor doesn't display after upgrade zp V 2.0.8 [7695]

On a website running DNN 7.1.2, I upgraded CKeditor from 2.0.6 to 2.0.8.
Now the editor refuses to display, script error: Zeile: 219
Fehler: [CKEDITOR.resourceManager.load] Resource name "widget" was not found at "http://.../Providers/HtmlEditorProviders/CKEditor/plugins/widget/plugin.js?t=DAED".
Any suggestions?

reopened due to missing lineutils plugin now blocking.
