I installed version 2.00.02 on DNN 07.00.02 (1) and the editor area does not show up.
Ik can see some source code for a second and after that the editor area is white.

If was also the case with the previous install of the editor.

Did the javascript error console in the browser shows any errors? If you don't know how to open the console here is a how to:
